About the Opportunity
Poppy Hill Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is opening a new, state-of-the-art practice and is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first call through treatment.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking, compassionate team player to help us grow the practice and serve our community with all their oral surgery needs.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients and referring offices
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations
- Schedule appointments to optimize provider productivity and patient satisfaction
- Manage daily schedules and patient flow
- Prepare patient charts and verify information
- Collect patient financial responsibility
- Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
- Build relationships with referring offices and internal teams
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or front office experience
- Dental or medical scheduling experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
