This role is responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, and inspecting point-of-sale (POS) products and peripherals. You'll run diagnostics, repair circuit boards at the microscopic level, and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

You'll run diagnostics, repair circuit boards at the microscopic level, and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in an Electronics or Computer-Centric field
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of electronics principles and design
- Experience with diagnostic tools and soldering components
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow complex technical instructions
- Record-keeping and inventory management skills
- Service, repair, install, and inspect POS systems and peripherals
- Run diagnostic programs and troubleshoot internal component failures
- Perform board-level diagnostics, soldering, testing, and light assembly
- Maintain inventory of parts and document repair activities
- Identify and address potentially dangerous electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes
