As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our sales team, learning how to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM tools, outbound communication, and real-world customer engagement strategies — all while learning how to drive revenue for a high-growth business.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or technology
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn
- Coachable, organized, and persistent
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or fundraising
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools
- Passion for tech, SaaS, or restaurant operations
- Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other prospecting tools
- Assist in crafting and sending outbound emails in SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn messages
- Help manage inbound lead follow-ups and set meetings for Account Executives
- Learn to qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign performance and optimization
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and 1:1 coaching calls
