Role Summary

- Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive platform adoption.
- Conduct workshops with business users to gather feedback and refine value propositions.
- Build communication materials including email templates and onboarding guides.
- Lead targeted outreach campaigns to onboard users and collect feedback.
- Establish feedback loops to continuously improve adoption and usability.
- 8 years in adoption/change management roles.
- Proven experience delivering strategies and communication assets.
