- Define enterprise-wide “Gold Standard” for content curation, including metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and quality assurance protocols.
- Document end-to-end curation workflows, including content sourcing, validation, transformation, and publishing.
- Conduct capability gap assessments to evaluate existing staff skills against required standards.
- Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum focused on advanced data curation, metadata governance, and AI-enabled content workflows.
- Create training materials including manuals, guides, assessment tools, and digital learning content.
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to large user groups.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and continuous feedback loops.
- Ensure adoption of new practices by aligning training outputs with operational goals.
- 8 years of experience in knowledge management, content curation, or digital library systems.
- Strong expertise in metadata governance, taxonomy design, and document lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-level training programs.
- Experience working with large teams during organizational transformations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
