Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and drive consensus.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and data analysis tools.
- Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
- Define and document data quality rules, validations, and metrics.
- Support initiatives related to:
- Data Quality
- Data Governance
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Metadata and Data Lineage
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure compliance with data standards and policies.
- Work with technical teams to understand:
- Source systems
- ETL/ELT processes
- Data lakes and data warehouses
- Ensure requirements align with data architecture and integration flows.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Communicate insights, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Provide documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Work in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Support testing, UAT, and validation activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of requirements and documentation.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric projects.

- Hands-on experience with data quality platforms/tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.

- Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify issues.
