Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of 130,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- 1,500 annual CME allowance plus 40 hours of CME time
- Generous accrued PTO plus 40 hours of Illinois paid leave
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan
- No weekends and no call responsibilities
- Diverse clinical experience through weekly rotations across office, hospital, and dialysis settings
- Collaborative team environment with occasional cross-coverage in the Rochelle and Sycamore regions during provider vacations
