The schedule would be in-office, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the main point of contact
- Handle incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and general office communication
- Maintain office organization, supplies, kitchen, and common areas
- Coordinate vendors, facility’s needs, and office upkeep
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable/receivable, reimbursements, recordkeeping)
- Assist with administrative tracking, documentation, and financial logs
- Help coordinate weekly team lunches and occasional in-office events
- Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Dependable with consistent attendance
