What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for tracking and tracing loads to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal team members regarding shipment status
• Manage equipment logistics by coordinating empty container statuses and drayage movements
• Facilitate the scheduling of pickups and ensure all shipment data is accurate and up-to-date
• Use internal systems to build load templates and maintain precise documentation
• Solve transportation challenges in real-time to maintain service excellence and profitability
• Identify potential shipment issues early and escalate them to leadership before they reach the customer
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize service and efficiency
• Contribute to profitability goals by managing accessorials and capacity effectively
• Provide internal tracing reports to support the broader operations group
  

• Bachelor’s degree required.  Supply Chain a plus!
• Exceptional intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated history of being a quick learner
• High level of comfort multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and phone skills with an inherently likable, personable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively both as an independent producer and as a team player
• Natural problem-solving aptitude and the ability to think critically on your feet
• Commitment to a "giver" mindset—proactively offering help and seeking ways to improve
• High degree of self-motivation and personal accountability
• Extreme attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities
• Positive attitude that contributes to a friendly, collaborative office culture
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in-office, with availability for occasional weekend coverage
