The ERP Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing enterprise-level financial systems. This individual will collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and technical developers to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Lead functional and business requirements sessions to define needs and develop solution strategies
Partner with end users to deliver technical and business process improvements
Oversee system design, development, and solution management in collaboration with both SAP and non-SAP teams
Create and execute testing plans including unit, regression, and integration testing
Conduct research and promote ERP best practices within the organization
Manage and maintain master data integrity and resolve recurring system issues
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) tools
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage access and audit reviews
Provide recommendations on technology advancements and strategic initiatives
Contribute to project planning, documentation, and quality assurance activities
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
7–10 years of relevant ERP experience (SAP experience preferred)
Strong background in financial systems and enterprise resource planning
Proficiency with SQL, APIs, OData, and integration tools
Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform
Understanding of financial and sales planning processes
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and DevOps tools
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work independently and mentor team members
Excellent organizational and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs
