Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage field inventory counts for warehouse and hospital consignment locations
- Analyze inventory trends, discrepancies, and movement to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage
- Develop and manage the annual consignment inventory count process
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and complete necessary adjustments
- Prepare inventory reports, adjustments, and month-end summaries
- Support inventory reviews, audits, and operational projects
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers to support effective inventory management
- Provide quantitative and analytical support for operational inventory decisions
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, materials management, or operations analytics
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with Oracle or SAP (SAP experience is a huge plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Bachelor's degree required
- Military logistics or supply chain background is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to independently investigate and resolve routine materials or inventory issues
- One overnight trip per month required
- Territory includes Alabama, Florida and Mississippi
