Financial Reporting Analyst

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the development and ongoing maintenance of financial reports and dashboards using various software programs. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for delivering reporting solutions that align financial and operational reporting needs.
As Financial Reporting Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, and Operations to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions, support system updates, and ensure reporting accuracy, performance, and documentation.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with various internal teams to gather data requests and develop reports to provide further insight/analysis
- Design, build, and maintain custom reports
- Evaluate software updates and releases to determine reporting impact and recommend necessary changes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards
- Support and troubleshoot existing reports to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and reporting processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Three to five years of experience in financial reporting using Workday and Adaptive
- Understanding of ERP and EPM system concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional reporting solutions
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Workday Financials certification preferred
