Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and produce all materials for weekly services, including bulletins, volunteer schedules, attendance tracking, and pastoral coordination.
- Manage and maintain the membership database and handle related correspondence.
- Assist as a back-up Facility Coordinator when needed.
- Track and manage mailings, giving statements, prayer lists, Joy Delivery information, and donut dedications.
- Monitor and report visitor and new-member activity to pastoral staff; prepare letters, postcards, and follow-up materials.
- Provide administrative support for memorials and funerals, including preparation of service materials.
- Plan, organize, and execute all campus events.
- Maintain and manage pastoral schedules and appointments.
- Order and maintain needed supplies and equipment for campus operations.
- Recruit, schedule, and support front-desk volunteers.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with database management required.
- Five or more years of administrative experience preferred, including exposure to marketing and/or internal communications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
