PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing and advertising initiatives, supporting both the marketing and sales teams, and managing projects to effectively promote Pandion’s products and services. This role involves developing content, conducting market research, and overseeing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads. Serving as an essential liaison between marketing and sales, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to driving revenue and facilitating market expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage outbound prospecting support by adding and maintaining a steady flow of new high-value targets (HVTs) into marketing and sales outreach sequences each week.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure data accuracy and consistent follow-up across all outreach efforts.
- Coordinate supplier and partner meetings, ensuring alignment with teams and facilitating joint selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing-generated leads and active opportunities.
- Plan and execute joint marketing visits with suppliers to strengthen relationships, identify new leads, and drive local revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain marketing campaign calendars, track supplier initiatives, joint promotions, and prospecting activities.
- Create and optimize outreach content (emails, collateral, social posts, event recaps) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs such as prospect additions, supplier meeting outcomes, and campaign ROI.
- Support event planning and execution for supplier showcases and local marketing activations.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the Marketing Director and Sales leadership team to streamline execution and communication.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
- Requires 3 - 5 years of marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and data analysis software is required.
- Familiarity with various marketing platforms, social media, and digital marketing best practices are required.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
- High level of creativity, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are beneficial.
