Pittsburgh area professional services company is seeking an experienced Accountant.
Duties to include:
· Cash reports, order entry, invoicing and finished goods management
· G/L account analysis, journal entries
· Preparation of check runs
· Record cash receipts
· Prepare monthly reports
· Monitor accounts for payments
· Respond to vendor requests for payment
Requirements:
· Bachelors in accounting, finance, or related field
· 5 years’ experience, supervisory experience a plus
· Experience/exposure to working in purchasing a plus
· Knowledge of accounting principles
· Strong organizational & problem solving skills
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
