- Process approximately 200–300 AP invoices weekly for multiple entities
- The Accountant will perform three-way matching and ensure invoice accuracy
- Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing
- The Accountant will complete account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support job costing and ensure costs are accurately recorded and allocated
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with day-to-day accounting operations
- The Accountant will support the accounting team with month-end activities and other accounting tasks as needed
- Previous accounts payable experience required
- Accounting experience beyond AP is preferred
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Job costing experience preferred, ideally within the construction or contracting industry
- Experience with Sage 300 preferred
- Familiarity with three-way matching and multiple-entity accounting
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
