Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for a diverse portfolio of real estate entities
- Prepare trial balances, journal entries, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Perform and support commercial CAM reconciliations
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for company leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or real estate/property management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Yardi and ProSystem fx Tax Software is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
