Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to support all accounting, tax, treasury, payroll and internal financial control areas of the Company’s grow facility and any additional financial or control matters as directed by the Controller.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in the day-to-day accounting and financial controls within and in support of the Company’s grow facility including cash, accounts payables and vendor management, sales and accounts receivable, payroll, taxation and general internal financial control.
· Collaborate with the Controller to produce timely financial statements and real time reporting.
· Collaborate closely with other facility management to identify and implement best practice procedural and operational functions that generate cost savings and efficiencies
· Assist in managing recordkeeping and control practices for the facility to meet applicable laws and regulations.
· Establish expertise in all information technology systems and platforms the Company currently utilizes
· Perform other duties as required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This can be a part-time or full-time position in our Upper St. Clair office.
Education, Certification(s), and/or License(s) Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with heavy coursework in information technology or equivalent work experience.
Other Requirements:
· Minimum of two (2) years of for-profit business accounting experience, and evidence of increasing responsibilities and acumen/expertise for information technology generally.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
