Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Night Shift Nurse to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role involves providing direct patient care during night shifts, monitoring and assessing patient needs, administering medications, maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans. You will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and well-being of patients during their stay. Participation in team meetings and adherence to all regulatory compliance and safety protocols are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required, with current and active registration
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or crisis management is preferred
- Strong clinical skills, including patient monitoring, medication administration, and care plan implementation
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Basic computer literacy for medical record documentation
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Willingness to work night shifts and maintain flexibility as needed
