We are hiring Substitute Nurses for the 2025-26 school year (and beyond!) This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students. The work schedule is flexible as you pick the days you want to work!
Job Overview
Our substitute school nurses will help to promote a healthy school environment and respond to the needs of individual students while the regular school nurse is away, provide additional support as needed, or attend field trips. The substitute school nurse will administer daily medications as ordered and over the counter medications as needed as per consent and protocol, assess the health needs of students, treat illnesses and injuries, evaluate need for additional medical/emergency services if necessary, consult with administration/other nurses as needed for questions or concerns, and electronically document all visits and encounters.
Our Substitute Nurses are paid at $182/day.

Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) current certification is required.
