We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Professional for a full-time, on-site position located in Lansdale, PA. The role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The position includes working collaboratively with other teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining detailed maintenance records.
- Mechanical and Electrical skills, including experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
- Familiarity with Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in an industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance roles is highly desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as needed
