What You Will Do:
- Contribute to the support and implementation of both new and existing technology
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to emails, calls, and instant messages from business partners
- Interact directly with business partners to identify, research, create solutions, document information, and resolve problems
- Research solutions to problems within a fast-paced setting
- Explain technical concepts to stakeholders clearly, and communicate business goals to technical teams within the organization
- Provide user training and education while implementing preventative technical measures as needed
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology, math, engineering, or science-related field, or equivalent experience
- An applicable internship or experience in IT support, IT customer service, or IT troubleshooting (preferred)
- Ability to utilize an engineeringdriven approach with strong rootcause analysis skills and endtoend ownership of problems
- Outstanding conceptual, problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, planning, communication, time-management, and analytical skills
