Work Model:
- On-Site
- Third Shift (Mon-Fri)
What You Will Do:
- Monitor and coordinate job input, execution, and output
- Perform system and application backups across all platforms
- Work very closely with IT Engineers to resolve system errors
- Monitor infrastructure systems through the use of automated software packages
- Perform special processing when requested
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 1-3 years of experience in computer operations
- Associates degree in Information Technology
- Entry-level IT skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
