What You Will Do:
- Architect, implement, and support scalable data lakes, data warehouses, and storage platforms
- Engineer and refine ETL and ELT pipelines to enable reliable data movement and transformation
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that convert data into meaningful insights
- Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting needs and validate data accuracy
- Deploy and manage data solutions using Microsoft Azure services including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Storage
- Optimize Snowflake environments to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
- Validate data through quality checks and testing to ensure consistency and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting tools
- Research emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure data initiatives support organizational objectives
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Two to four years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level data solutions
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and scripting languages used for data processing and integration
- Proven experience working with cloud-based architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure and Snowflake
- Strong background in data modeling, system architecture, and scalable pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, especially Power BI
- Solid understanding of ETL and ELT frameworks, data workflows, and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
