Purpose:
Production Team Leads are responsible for reviewing weekly quality control reports, setting team goals, and actively participating in quality and leadership meetings to drive continuous improvement. They ensure full compliance with new hire onboarding, document and enhance training procedures, and manage cross-training efforts to maintain workforce flexibility and support consistent operations.
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm - Midnight (overtime as business requires).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action on identified issues.
- Participate in weekly quality meetings to set and implement team-specific quality goals.
- Engage in team lead meetings to identify and resolve shop-wide operational challenges.
- Document and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with the new hire onboarding schedule.
- Manage and track cross-training efforts to maintain staffing flexibility and coverage.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 plus years of experience in Production or related field
