Purpose:
The Distribution Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing pulled material processes, ensuring accurate packaging, shipping, and quality control. Duties include resolving discrepancies, maintaining training standards, and ensuring accountability to procedures and results.
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (overtime as business requires).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor team members on standard procedures, safety practices, and company values.
- Manage workflow within the department, audit work for accuracy, and report deficiencies or personnel issues to supervisors.
- Serve as a resource and problem-solver for team members, taking initiative to resolve routine issues.
- Perform and oversee tasks such as material movement, packing/unpacking, and verifying incoming freight against packing slips.
- Ensure equipment and storage areas are maintained, organized, and inventory is properly protected.
- Inspect work for quality, identify safety hazards, and report or correct issues to maintain a safe working environment.

- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED):
- 2 plus years of experience in Warehousing or Production at Seal-Rite
- Must be able to use an rf scanner.
- Must be certified to operate all necessary machinery such as propane and electric forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, and side swing lifts (Drexel).
