We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time position to join our growing home health care team. In this role, you will provide in-home therapy services to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and accurately document care and progress in accordance with agency policies.
Employment Type: Full Time
Area Coverage: West Valley Phoenix area (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and surrounding areas)
What You Can Expect as a Full-Time Physical Therapist
- Salary: Up to $130,000 annually, based on experience
- Full IRS Mileage Reimbursement at $0.70 per mile

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Arizona.
- Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
- Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
- Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
- Valid Driver’s License with auto insurance
