We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Per Diem position to join our growing home health care team. In this role, the LPN provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, implements physician orders, monitors patient health, and ensures care is delivered in compliance with state laws, regulations, and company policies.

Employment Type: Per Diem

Area Coverage: Pahrump area (travel required to patient homes)

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Nevada
• Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
• Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
• Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
• Valid Driver’s License with auto insurance
