Carefree Physical Therapy is an outpatient facility seeing a variety of conditions, mainly orthopedic and post surgical in an older active adult community. We are physical therapist owed, single site office with 30 years experience in providing quality physical therapy care in Carefree, AZ. We focus on one-on-one care, advancing clinical skills, and community involvement. Our therapists provide tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs and improve the quality of life for our patients. As an integral part of the community, we work to promote well-being and rehabilitation for all patients.
Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time physical therapist for an on-site role at our facility in Carefree, Arizona. You'll enjoy 45 minute appointments with each patient in order to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans. You will monitor recovery progress, adjust care plans as needed, and ensure high-quality patient care. Our clinic does not use any techs. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals is an essential part of this role. There is opportunity to direct your professional development and improve your skill set while learning from experienced clinicians.
This role is in-person Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current Arizona physical therapy license/eligible
- 1-3 years of experience preferred, although new grads are welcome to apply!
- Experience emphasis in geriatrics, orthopedics, or post surgical care
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills
- Responsible self starter who is interested in professional growth
