Preferred Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow, lead, and make an impact.

Compensation
$80,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)
- Paid bi-weekly
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities
Flexible Schedule
Choose what fits your lifestyle:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (3-day weekend every week)
OR
- 5 x 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
Mandatory Team Development:
- Tuesday 12:30–2:00 PM (Staff Meeting)
- Thursday 12:30–2:00 PM (Training & Growth Time)
Bonus Opportunities
- Regen bonus: Up to $1,000/month
- Student loan performance bonus: Up to $3,600/year
