We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and other Advanced Practice Providers, partnering with operational leaders to build exceptional clinical teams.
What You'll Do:
✔ Recruit top-tier Advanced Practice Providers across multiple specialties.
✔ Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and clinical leadership.
✔ Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain robust talent pipelines.
✔ Represent our organization at career fairs, conferences, and networking events.
✔ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
✔ Help shape the future of healthcare by bringing outstanding providers to our communities.
