What You Will Do
Assess new residents and develop care plan. Update therapy plans based on their recovery, safety needs and goals.- Work with residents on daily living skills like dressing, bathing, grooming and eating so they can be as independent as possible.
- Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team.
What We Are Looking For
Active and Clear OT license in the State of Florida- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
