Answer employee questions, help with workplace concerns and guide managers on HR policies
Keep personnel files updated, track required training and make sure labor laws are followed
Process Payroll and benefits eligibility along with onboarding new hires

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience to include FMLA, workers comp, labor laws, OSHA and employee file audits
- 1-3 years of Payroll & Benefits experience in a healthcare setting
- UKG experience is a plus
