What You Will Do
- Medication administration and monitoring resident health through vitals and assessments
- Supervise CNA’s in providing quality care
- Document care and communicate changes in resident condition
- Help create a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents
What We Are Looking For
- Active and Clear LPN license
- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
