About the Role:
As a Maintenance Director at Palm Garden of Mattoon, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all buildings, systems, and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Coordinating and supervising maintenance staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Staying up-to-date with local and state regulations, as well as industry best practices, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Valid Driver's License and high school diploma or equivalent required
- Painting and general repair experience is a plus
- Preferred experience in maintenance or facilities management, but we will train the right motivated candidate
