Job Description:
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our pallet yard team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required—we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, stack, and organize wooden pallets
- Load and unload pallets by hand
- Inspect pallets for quality and damage
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general labor duties as assigned
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $10.00 per hour
