Do you enjoy building things? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Pallet Builders/Fabricators!
Responsibilities:
Build, repair, and assemble wooden pallets according to company standards.
Inspect pallets for quality and ensure they meet production requirements.
Safely operate a forklift to move pallets and materials (training available for qualified candidates).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
✔ Pallet building experience is a plus, but not required.
✔ Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
✔ Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
✔ Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
✔ Must be able to meet daily production quotas after the training period.
