Responsibilities
- Operate basic tools and equipment following safety standards in production environments
- Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks required for the movement of materials and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to ensure safety compliance
- Follow strict safety standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), to uphold quality control
- Support team members with various duties as needed to meet production goals
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling quick adaptation to equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE use
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, safety, and attention to detail
