- Review, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and timely in accordance with OEM and vendor guidelines
- Validate warranty eligibility by reviewing service documentation, work orders, labor, and parts usage to ensure compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact with OEMs and suppliers regarding authorizations, claim status, audits, and discrepancies
- Research and resolve denied or short-paid claims, including root cause analysis and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate records, track claims, and identify trends to support continuous improvement and reduce warranty failures
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in warranty administration, quality, service, manufacturing, or supplier management
- Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies, claim processes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with ERP, service management, or warranty systems, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
