Your Responsibilities
- Deliver financial transparency and strategic insights to senior leadership, supporting decision-making across regions and business units.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and execution of financial targets.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for strategic improvement and driving process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance standards, maintaining accountability as the signing authority and strengthening internal controls.
- Oversee accounting, tax, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and audit requirements while managing external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT), act as liaison between global and local entities, and support legal and administrative representation as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or graduate degree preferred.
- 10 years of leadership experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and/or Controllership roles.
- Strong expertise in accounting standards, financial statement preparation and analysis, and international accounting requirements.
- Proven experience in corporate budgeting, cost management, and tax planning.
- Leadership experience in Human Resources management and cross-functional team oversight.
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools, including Sage, SAP, BI platforms, and project management methodologies; fluent in English with intermediate Spanish preferred.
