- Expand existing accounts and develop new business opportunities across the Midwest territory, including leasing companies, fleets, trailer businesses, and Body OEM partners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share, improve profitability, and strengthen PALFINGER’s presence in the region.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients using demo trucks and consultative selling techniques.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions while building long-term partnerships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support ongoing business development and relationship management efforts.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of developing territories and closing deals.
- Experience in truck equipment, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or related industrial sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, product promotion, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated and resourceful professional with the ability to work independently and influence positive business outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to travel 65–75% across multiple Midwest states to support customers, attend trade shows, and grow the territory.
- Competitive compensation: $65,000-$75,000 plus commission,
