Your Responsibilities

- Expand existing sales, develop new sales, and build an account portfolio across the Southeast territory (Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida)
- Grow business with leasing companies, end-user fleets, and truck body and trailer OEMs
- Direct, develop, and execute sales plans and strategies to drive profitability and level of service throughout the territory
- Generate leads and assist with determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products
- Must reside in the one of the following states: Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) Sales.
- Prior work experience in truck equipment or truck sales experience, preferred.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Ability to travel to various states within the U.S. to meet with customers, and participate in trade shows.
- Competitive compensation and incentive plan: $65,000 - $75,000 base, plus commission
