Regional Sales Manager
Landscape Durable Tires is expanding rapidly across the United States and is seeking experienced tire industry sales professionals to help grow our national footprint.
We are looking for high-performing sales managers who already have established relationships and active networks within one or more of the following channels:
• Independent Tire Distributors
• Regional and National Chain Stores
• Cooperative Dealer Networks
• Fleet Accounts and Commercial Transportation Companies
• Government and Municipal Fleets
• OEM and Private Label Accounts
• E-Commerce Tire Companies
• National Retailers and Wholesale Accounts
This position may be regional in (Southwest, Northwest, & Mid-West) scope depending on the candidate's experience, territory, and existing business relationships.
The ideal candidate is a proven tire industry professional who can immediately leverage existing relationships to generate sales growth and expand market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow sales within assigned channels and territories
• Identify and secure new distributor and dealer opportunities
• Expand business with chain stores, fleets, OEMs, and strategic accounts
• Build long-term customer relationships and increase market share
• Execute company sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer growth
• Provide market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, trends, and customer needs
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
• Support the expansion of the Landscape Durable Tire Category across the U.S. market
Required Qualifications
• Existing tire industry sales network and active customer relationships
• Proven track record of generating tire sales and developing new business
• Experience selling through one or more key channels:
- Distributors
- Chain Stores
- Fleet Accounts
- OEM Accounts
- E-Commerce Companies
- Wholesale Accounts
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in passenger, light truck, commercial truck
• Experience launching or growing a developing tire brand
• Strong regional or national customer network
• Existing relationships with major industry decision makers

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dealer Development, Distributor Development, and channel growth, with the ability to operate as a Channel Sales Manager, National Account Manager, or Key Account Manager while expanding opportunities in Fleet Tire Sales, Commercial Tire Sales, Light Truck Tire Sales, Passenger Tire Sales, Private Label Tire Sales, and OEM Tire Accounts.
