We are looking for an Associate Design Manager to help advance design excellence across Palermo’s Pizza’s growing portfolio of brands, including Palermo’s, Screamin’ Sicilian, Connie’s, Urban Pie, and licensed brands. This role combines creative design with project management responsibilities, ensuring packaging, digital, and marketing materials are delivered with quality, consistency, and strong brand standards.

What you’ll do…
- Manage creative projects including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Design compelling packaging, digital assets, and print materials that support Palermo’s brands.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and visual guidelines across multiple brands.
- Prepare accurate design files for pre-production and printing in accordance with vendor specifications.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop ideas during content planning and brand brainstorm sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with printers, photographers, and design partners.
- Research trends, visit markets or trade shows, and analyze industry insights to inform creative direction.
- Support long-term creative strategies that help grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Experience in graphic design, packaging design, or creative production.
- Strong understanding of design software and production workflows for digital and print materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams, vendors, and external creative partners.
- Knowledge of brand standards, packaging design, and print production processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- You balance creative thinking with strong organization and project management skills.
