What You’ll Do
This role supports our 1st Shift bakery operations, 6:00am-2:30pm. Team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting weekend operations as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily bakery production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Coordinate workflow and provide floor leadership for bakery associates during assigned shifts
- Troubleshoot operational and production issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Assist with startup, shutdown, and product changeovers
- Train and mentor team members on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures
- Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and performance expectations
- Monitor production paperwork, material usage, and operational efficiency
- Communicate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Production leadership teams
- Promote a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA, USDA, BRC, and company standards

- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
