We are currently searching for an Associate Buyer to join our Procurement Team. Hours are primarily during 1st shift but may involve working with vendors outside of these hours.

We are currently searching for an Associate Buyer to join our Procurement Team. Hours are primarily during 1st shift but may involve working with vendors outside of these hours.
What You’ll Do…
- Coordinate purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and supplies
- Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in sourcing new vendors and evaluating supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, specifications, and food safety standards
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain purchasing reports and documentation
- Support Buyer and Senior Buyer with vendor communication, order tracking, and data analysis
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset for cost control and vendor evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
- Utilizing knowledge from your 1–3 years in purchasing or procurement.
- Technology savvy – Specifically within the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
- Experience in the food industry and packaging materials highly preferred.
