Role Description
This is a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model allowing some work from home. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems, executing preventive maintenance services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work across a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including advanced and energy-efficient technologies, as you collaborate with clients and the Palco team to deliver top-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and effective problem resolution for HVAC systems
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair and performing consistent, thorough Preventive Maintenance
- A commitment to Customer Satisfaction and ability to provide excellent service interactions
- Relevant EPA certification required
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and prioritize workplace safety
- Relevant field experience is strongly preferred
- Vocational training or certification in HVAC systems is a plus
