Role Description
We are currently seeking skilled Heating Air Conditioning Service Technicians for both Full-Time (Monday–Friday) and Part-Time (Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays) roles based in New York City. 🏙️🔧
This is a massive growth opportunity for a driven technician. We are looking for professionals who can do more than just turn a wrench. In this role, you will step up as a trusted technical advisor to our customers. You will be responsible for performing system maintenance and rapid repairs while simultaneously providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales by confidently recommending the best solutions for their homes and businesses.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on field experience in HVAC maintenance and repair. 🛠️
- Sales & Advisory Skills: The ability to clearly explain complex technical issues, recommend the right products or services, and confidently close sales while keeping the customer's best interests at heart. 📈
- Customer First: A fierce commitment to providing top-tier customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships. 🤝
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues on the fly.
- Flexibility: Availability for either our Full-Time (Monday–Friday) schedule or our Part-Time schedule (Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays). 🗓️
- Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to EPA standards (EPA certification or HVAC technician certification preferred).
