What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate is confident, capable, and client-focused, with:
- Washington Workers’ Compensation experience
- Courtroom and/or trial experience
- Strong, decisive judgment under pressure
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strategic problem-solving ability
- The ability to build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, including L&I personnel, SIE claims managers, vocational counselors, and healthcare providers
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a mature caseload independently
