This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop management skills while representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands. As an Entry Level AT&T Manager, you'll receive hands-on training in leadership, customer relations, team development, and business operations while helping oversee the daily success of a small sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role—not an office or administrative position. You'll work directly with customers, support your team, and learn the behind-the-scenes operations that drive business success.
Entry Level AT&T Manager Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily performance of a small sales team
- Help train, coach, and mentor new team members
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism
- Build strong relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Support managers with daily business operations and team performance
- Help monitor customer satisfaction and ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Participate in leadership meetings, goal setting, and business development initiatives
- Learn recruiting, interviewing, and leadership strategies to prepare for future management opportunities
Entry Level AT&T Manager Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to motivate and work well within a team
- Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
