As an Entry Level Account Manager, hands-on training in business operations, team dynamics, and client-centered communication sets your foundation for growth. The Entry Level Account Manager reports directly to local businesses, meeting with customers and owners to help troubleshoot accounts.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Represent Box Energy in the community by helping local businesses manage their box energy accounts.
- Organize, guide, and manage daily business activities, making sure outreach runs smoothly and businesses feel supported.
- Join team members in the field to model approachable, effective conversations with business owners and customers.
- Keep track of campaign progress, customer feedback, and enrollments to help the team celebrate wins and improve together.
- Build lasting relationships by following up with businesses and ensuring they feel confident in their energy choices
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in business management is helpful but not required.
