What You Will Learn and Execute

Through a structured three to eight month development program, you will gain experience in:

• Executing customer acquisition strategies for telecom clients

• Delivering in person sales presentations and account activations

• Evaluating market data and customer insights to improve campaign results

• Training and supporting entry level sales team members

• Running sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

• Managing field logistics and territory planning

• Advising clients on expansion strategy, retention, and market positioning

Daily responsibilities include morning training sessions, live field execution, and end of day performance reviews focused on growth and leadership development.
